OnStation CRM Interface Design

OnStation engaged us to create a user-configurable interface for its turnkey ASP CRM application.

  • Extensive Field Research: We conducted extensive field research with a variety of dealerships and service shops. Personas and scenarios helped drive product definition and the design process. The findings and ideation proved useful for the product design process and gave direction to future releases of OnStation’s software.

  • Visual Design: Our visual design met the co-branding needs of a wide range of clients, from luxury dealerships to smaller, independent service centers.

  • Information Architecture: Drawing upon the results of our research, we established an overall information architecture for the online application.

  • Wireframes: We used wireframes to demonstrate, test, and validate the interaction model for functionality that included CRM, communications, task management, advertising and promotional campaign management.

Offering communications and task management functionality, OnStation enabled clients to greatly enhance relationships with their retail customers.
