Erin Keynotes the German IA Conference

Erin Malone, was the keynote speaker for the German IA Conference this May 2010. The conference, whose theme was Service. Design. Thinking. took place in Cologne, Germany May 14 and 15th. Erin’s talk, The Future is Already Here, Three Trends in IA, was well received and covers the topics of Experience Design, Social Design and Service Design.
