Erin Malone, with Christian Crumlish, her co-author of Designing Social Interfaces, recently gave a keynote talk at Web 2.0 Expo in San Francisco. The short talk covers how to infuse user experience thinking into the culture, ways to integrate and use user experience design talent and some thoughts on how this pays off in the long term for the business.
